🛒 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
2 slices bread (sourdough or whole grain works great)
1 ripe avocado
1–2 teaspoons ghee
½ teaspoon lemon or lime juice (optional but recommended)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: chili flakes, everything bagel seasoning, red pepper slices, soft-boiled egg

Toast the bread
Toast your slices until golden and crisp.
Warm the ghee
Lightly spread or drizzle 1–2 teaspoons of ghee over the warm toast so it melts into the bread.
Mash the avocado
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy but slightly chunky.
Assemble
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the ghee-coated toast.
Finish & serve
Add optional toppings if desired. Serve immediately while the toast is warm and crisp.

3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup warm milk (dairy, almond, or coconut work well)
1–2 teaspoons melted ghee
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Small pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
Warm & mix
Slightly warm the milk (not boiling). Stir in melted ghee, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Add chia seeds
Whisk in chia seeds thoroughly so they’re evenly distributed.
Rest & stir again
Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and pudding-like.
Serve
Stir well before serving. Top with nuts, berries, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of extra ghee if you want richer flavour.
